This Cookie Policy explains how ardeayachts.com uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are not authorised to use optional storage until you make a choice in the consent panel.
1. Legal basis for storage on your device
Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, storing information on or accessing information already stored on an end user's device generally requires prior information and consent, except where the technology is necessary to transmit a communication or to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. We therefore treat necessary technologies separately from optional analytics and marketing technologies.

3. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is used on this website for audience and usage measurement. Analytics storage is optional and is enabled only when you consent to the Analytics category. The Ardea consent panel passes your statistics and marketing choices through the WordPress Consent API, while Google Site Kit manages Google Consent Mode v2 for the Google tags.

Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Google documents the default GA4 cookie durations in its GA4 cookie usage information.
Implementation note: Google Analytics is connected through Google Site Kit on ardeayachts.com. Site Kit is intended to be the only component that outputs Google Consent Mode. The Ardea cookie panel supplies the visitor's statistics and marketing choices through the WordPress Consent API so Site Kit can update the Google consent state without a duplicate Consent Mode implementation in the theme.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
When Consent Mode is enabled in Google Site Kit, Site Kit sets the applicable Google consent defaults for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. The Ardea cookie panel updates the WordPress Consent API categories: accepting Analytics grants statistics, and accepting Marketing grants marketing. Site Kit maps those categories to the relevant Google Consent Mode signals. Necessary functionality and security storage remain available because they support requested website functions.
5. Marketing technologies
Meta Pixel is not currently configured in the theme. The Marketing category remains available for future optional advertising integrations and is denied by default.
6. How to change or withdraw consent
You can accept all optional technologies, reject them or choose categories. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your selection. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it. When Analytics or Marketing consent is withdrawn, the Ardea cookie panel updates the corresponding WordPress Consent API category to denied; Site Kit then updates the Google consent state. The theme also attempts to remove accessible first-party analytics or marketing cookies that are no longer authorised.
7. Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect functions that are necessary for security, forms or administration.
