2. Electronic services

The website provides electronic services consisting primarily of access to information about Ardea Yachts and the Ardea A36, access to dealer and company information, and the ability to send an enquiry using the online contact form. These services are provided free of charge unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.

3. Technical requirements

To use the website you need an internet-connected device and a current web browser capable of displaying standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Some interactive functions, including consent management, maps or CAPTCHA, may require JavaScript and access to external security services.

4. Rules of use

You must not use the website to provide unlawful content, attempt to interfere with website security, submit malicious code, abuse forms or otherwise use the service in a manner contrary to law, good practice or the rights of third parties.

5. Formation and termination of the electronic-services agreement

The agreement for access to website content is concluded when you begin using the website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for the enquiry form is concluded when you choose to submit the form and ends when the electronic transmission is completed, without prejudice to any later correspondence or separate commercial agreement.

Website content, specifications, visualisations, performance data and displayed prices are provided for general product information and may depend on configuration, propulsion, equipment, taxes, market requirements and subsequent technical changes. Unless expressly identified as a binding offer, website content constitutes an invitation to contact Ardea Yachts and does not by itself constitute a binding commercial offer or sales contract.
